Ms. Emmons now consults with clients on the design of customized web sites. Her typical client is a small to mid-sized company or an independent entrepreneur --- companies or individuals with defined budgets that must realize value for every dollar expended.

She also consults with clients regarding a variety of management and marketing issues, including divisional and departmental restructuring, staffing plans, and implementation plans. Each aspect of restructuring is approached as an independent module -- one step at a time, building on the previous module -- to create a cohesive plan that will work for your organization.
